HIFIS 3 is a user-friendly electronic records management system built for, and in consultation with, community stakeholders. It is provided free-of-charge as a means to collect information about the population using shelters while assisting in daily operations such as booking-in and out clients, and reporting on shelter use.
HIFIS software and updates (demo/training version):
Before updating your HIFIS software, it is important to know your current version (3.20.1922 or 3.40.1996, etc). If your version is lower than 3.50.2025 it is important to update to 3.50.2025 first, this will allow for a seamless software upgrade.
